Wildly talented young artist Frederick Clarke

The best part about running this blog is stumbling on talented young artists like Frederick Clarke. This Jo’burg based artist was born in 1986 and studied Fine Arts at Wits. He had his first solo exhibition titled ‘Terrestria’ in March last year and he has an upcoming group exhibition ‘Etcetera’ at the Upstairs@Bamboo (corner 9th Street and Rustenburg Ave. Melville). He’ll be exhibiting with well known artists such as Jan Neetling, Guy du Toit, Sarah Ballam, Garielle Raaff and Helen Joseph.  Sunday the 15th of May to the 22nd of May.

The perfect Saturday: Breakfast at Bamboo, pop into Superella, book browsing at Love Books and Frederick’s exhibition Upstairs@Bamboo. Do it.
